Privacy Policy
Effective July 22, 2026
This privacy policy outlines how this website uses and protects any information you provide when using the site. As an RSSA® certified professional, protecting your data privacy and maintaining professional transparency is a core priority for me.
Information I Collect
I intentionally minimize data collection on this website. I don't run tracking cookies, marketing trackers, or third-party advertisements of my own. The one exception is the Cal.com booking calendar embedded on the homepage, which may set its own cookies to operate the scheduling widget; that data is governed by Cal.com's privacy policy, not this one. I also use the free, cookie-free analytics built into Cloudflare, my hosting provider, to see basic traffic patterns. I only process data in the following scenarios:
- Scheduling a consultation: When you click "Book a consultation," you're taken to a booking calendar provided by Cal.com, a third-party scheduling service embedded on the homepage. If you book a time, Cal.com collects your name, email address, and any details you enter in the booking form, and shares them with me to prepare for our conversation.
- Voluntary email communications: When you email me directly, I receive your email address, your name, and any contextual information you choose to include in your message.
- Website analytics: I use Cloudflare's free, built-in analytics to see aggregate traffic patterns, such as which pages get visited, what country visitors are browsing from, and what site or search engine referred you here. This tool doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you individually or across other websites.
- Automated infrastructure logging: This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which automatically processes basic web traffic metadata, such as your IP address, browser type, and device identifiers, solely to deliver the website safely, optimize performance, and defend against malicious activity.
How I Use the Information
I use your information strictly for operational and communication purposes:
- To respond to your inquiries and schedule your requested consultation.
- To maintain the stability, performance, and security of my web infrastructure.
I never sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information or email metadata to third-party marketing networks or any other entity.
Data Retention and Security
- Booking and email retention:Consultation bookings made through Cal.com, and any emails you send me directly, are stored securely in my professional calendar and email accounts and retained only as long as necessary to service our relationship or satisfy legal requirements.
- Security measures: This website enforces secure HTTPS encryption across all sessions to prevent data interception.
Your Rights and Choices
Because I don't run marketing trackers, there's nothing to opt out of on this website beyond the Cal.com booking widget, whose own cookie and privacy practices are outside my control. The aggregate analytics described above don't identify you individually. If you've previously booked a consultation or emailed me and want that information deleted from my records, you can submit a deletion request at any time.
